2. User Responsibilities

As a user—whether you are a brand representative or an influencer—you are expected to act professionally, with integrity, and with respect in all interactions on the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Providing and maintaining accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your profile, campaign details, audience demographics, and performance metrics.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to communications from potential partners and 9globemedia staff.
  • Honoring all collaboration agreements, including delivering content and compensation according to agreed timelines and specifications.
  • Avoiding false or misleading claims about your brand, reach, or influence.
  • Respecting the confidentiality of partnerships and proprietary information shared during campaigns.
  • Report any errors in your information or unauthorized activities on your account immediately.

Maintaining a high standard of honesty and professionalism fosters trust and supports the reputation and reliability of the 9globemedia platform.

3. Account Registration

To use all the features of the 9globemedia platform, you must register and create a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, such as your legal name, valid email address, business credentials (if applicable), and other relevant details as requested. You are responsible for promptly updating your account information to reflect any changes that may affect your eligibility or the accuracy of your profile.

You must create a strong, unique password and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Sharing your account or password with others is strictly prohibited. You agree to monitor your account for any suspicious activity and to log out after each session, especially when accessing our platform on a shared or public device.

If you detect or suspect any unauthorized use of your account, loss or theft of credentials, or other security breaches, you are required to notify our support team at once. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the 9globemedia platform solely for the purpose of discovering, establishing, and managing PR and influencer partnerships in accordance with these Terms.

Acceptable Use:

You may use the platform to create and share content for brand campaigns, manage communications and collaborations, track engagement, and use tools integral to influencer marketing and PR. All activities must comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and must be conducted professionally, respectfully, and with integrity.

Prohibited Use:

You are strictly prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose. Examples of prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Engaging in, promoting, or facilitating any form of fraud, unauthorized solicitations, phishing, or scams.
  • Posting or sharing defamatory, obscene, or misleading information or content.
  • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful software.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or our systems.
  • Infringing the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others, including unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of copyrighted materials, trademarks, or trade secrets.
  • Engaging in harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, or any conduct that abuses or intimidates other users.
  • Spamming, excessive self-promotion, or repetitive unwanted communications.

Intellectual Property Rights:

You retain ownership of all intellectual property and original content you create and upload to the platform (such as campaign materials, posts, and graphics). By using our services, you grant 9globemedia a non-exclusive license to display your brand logos, public profiles, and engagement metrics on the platform solely to facilitate accurate matches and showcase success stories. You must have all rights and permissions for the content you submit, and you are prohibited from uploading or using content that you do not own or have authorization to use.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account, removal of infringing content, and/or legal action. If you witness or experience a violation of these rules, please report it promptly to our support team.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services on 9globemedia is handled securely through our designated payment processors. Brands must fund their campaigns in advance, per the invoicing schedule and agreed-upon terms for each collaboration. Platform and service fees—including agency commissions, influencer compensation, and any applicable administrative fees—are disclosed and agreed upon before you initiate a project. Influencers will receive payment only after they have met all deliverables and completion criteria outlined in each campaign agreement, as confirmed by the brand and/or 9globemedia.

Refunds are not provided for services that have been substantially performed or fulfilled, such as completed public relations services, finalized influencer collaborations, or published campaign content (including sponsored posts or videos that have gone live). For example, if a brand cancels after influencer content has been approved and published, or an influencer fails to meet agreed benchmarks, no refund will be issued for services rendered up to that point. In rare situations involving platform errors or duplicate charges, please get in touch with our support team for review—eligibility for refunds in these cases will be determined at our discretion.

Users are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date. Any late payments may result in suspension of campaign activity or additional administrative fees. If you have questions or concerns about payments or fees, contact our billing support team for assistance.

6. Limitation of Liability

While 9globemedia provides tools and services to support effective collaborations, we do not guarantee specific results, such as increased sales, growth in social media followers, or specific engagement rates. To the maximum extent permitted by Law, 9globemedia and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, goodwill, or business interruption—arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform.

Furthermore, 9globemedia assumes no responsibility for disputes or financial losses that occur directly between brands and influencers. For example, we are not liable for issues such as non-payment for campaign deliverables, breaches of contract between users, disagreements regarding content quality or timelines, misrepresentation of audience demographics, or any offline interactions that result from connections made through our platform. All users are expected to resolve such issues independently and in accordance with the terms agreed to between themselves.

7. Termination

You may close your 9globemedia account at any time by notifying our support team or using the platform’s account management features. 9globemedia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services—and to remove any content you have uploaded—under any of the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service or other applicable policies.
  • Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful behavior, including but not limited to falsifying engagement metrics, impersonating another individual or business, misrepresenting your identity or affiliations, submitting misleading campaign results, or unauthorized use of payment information.
  • Repeated failure to fulfill your campaign obligations, such as missing deliverables, failing to compensate collaborators, or breaching contract terms.
  • Abusive or harmful conduct directed at other users, including harassment, threats, discrimination, or spreading malicious content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
  • Any activity that compromises the security, integrity, or reputation of 9globemedia or its community.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you will receive written notice (where possible), and any active collaborations, outstanding payments, or contractual commitments must still be honored. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and all related data, subject to any retention required by Law or our privacy practices. Severe violations may result in permanent bans, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities. If you believe your account has been terminated in error, you may contact our support team to request a review of the decision.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using the 9globemedia platform, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal actions—such as breach of contract, payment disputes, alleged intellectual property infringement, or issues related to the use of our services—will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York. Both you and 9globemedia consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of these courts for the resolution of any such legal matters.
